METHOD OF PREPARATION
Please soak 200 gms of boiled rice and 75 gms of Black gram dhall for half a day. Wet grind soaked rice coarsly like Idly batter. Make black gram dhall in smooth paste. Add a little salt to taste and let it ferment for about one night (10 hrs
